What email are you using, Outlook, win10, or? Try this, go to your outbox, anything in there not sent? If so delete it and try again. Usually it is too big of a file, around 5 megs in size for my email service provider.
Using AOL. Been with them since the beginning. Cleaned out Trash and Sent folders. Went back to early 2015. I guess that is the last time I cleared it out. Still got same error message. Emails went thru without attached file. Files are game turns.
Not yet. I was going to give them a couple of days to see if it worked out. In the mean time, I set up another in Yahoo and will switch back if it gets fixed. Emails worked fine as long as there is no file attached. Thank you for trying to help.
