I am guessing a Gloster Gamecock in Finnish colors.

Congrat Guderian. Vartuoosi almost had it, but what I read was fighter and trainer. Saw no mention of being used as a recon plane.
In the finnish wikipedia article it was stated that the plane was used as a fighter in the 20's and 30's and after that as a recon plane. Wikipedia can be wrong and i have very limited information about this plane.
