The account for Edward can not be restored because it was deleted in a Boot Camp purge. If a player reports even 1 game he can be restored at any time, but if you are deleted from Boot Camp there is nothing to restore.
Please have Edward rejoin, I can then link his new account to his forum account (which is managed separately) and everything will work normally.
