Tank - 15 %
Infantry - 70 %
Arty - 15 %
Why in all other fights there are 110 % in the sum, and in city - 100 %??? It is a mistake or calculation?

1. No one can tell you your purchase points unless he knows how many points your core is worth. If you have no core, it's 6000 pts.
2. Previous battles does not increase your purchase points as far as I know. In your example it would be 15% from 10000 pts which is 1500.

We solved the problem like this: set the battle with 20 000 pts both. It's up to your oppo to obey the rules and Dan to check that neither has broken them. That way neither needs to give any info on their core to the other side.

The artillery % is taken from the added sum of core + 6000.

This means that the attacker can spend a maximum of 15% on tanks, 70% on infantry and 15% on arty.

There is a minor problem with that, core may not have a certain amount of points as there is several types of units unless you have written your core in form of two companies of T-34 m42. If it's two companies of T-34s then you may buy different types.

These are for the end of the game not the start.
The 6000/5400 is for core/elites.
so if your a core player you start the game with your core force plus 6000 points.
If your an elite player you start with your core and 5400 points.
If your a non core elite player you get only the 6000 points.
as for who sets up, either is ok by me, as long as its ok with both players.
