1. I copied your avatar and put it into the DB as a ladder pic, then I changed your details to show that image for you on the ladder page.

2. You need to go to the USER CP and edit your signature
see the top of this image
Scroll down a bit past the arrowed option and choose edit signature.
You'll need to have the image hosted on a server somewhere so you can use the img tag to direct a link to it. (same as if you were posting a picture on the forums basically)
