I read the game guidelines quite thoroughly but didn't find anywhere how the winner of each round is calculated. This is what the rule 9 states:
"9 - Points will be scored using the Shadow Player System. The scenarios are not strictly balanced therefore your performance will be judged against the performance of other players on your team according to how well you do. You will be awarded points as follows:
1st place Overwhelming Victory
2nd place Decisive Victory
3rd place Medium Victory
4th place Minor Victory
5th place etc. Draw
Therefore at the end of a round there will be 2 first place players, 2 second place players etc. "
My question is, what is the formula by which the "performance" of the individual player is calculated? Is it the number of VLs, number of points gained, gained points minus enemy's points or what?
I think this should be expressed in detail as it will have a huge meaning in how we play the battles.
