"Good" to read that i'm not the only German Commander being handed my ass on a plate!! :o

TURN 16:

Steady progress on every front except for the eastern where the landing area is like the one in Saving Private Ryan. Well, I should be able to take one VL there soon as well. The Brits lead in VLs 7-14 but if there's no big surprises it should be 10-11 in couple of turns as the northeastern town is about to fall on the hairy hands of the Reich.

I've made some calculations according to which the points are about 1050-1250 in British advantage without the points coming from VLs. I've destroyed 57 British units while losing 39 (14 of which are ammo canisters). My losses have been more expensive (2xschnelboats, 4xlandutskahn etc.) thus the difference in points. I also have lost 1-6 men from most of my infantry squads which gives extra points to the Brits. I would estimate the losses in men to be about 360-420 in German advantage.

I hope the Brits are getting short on men and something like that is being observed as there's a convoy of trucks coming on my direction carrying signals squad, clerks etc. That convoy was stopped by my advancing infantrymen so the clerks should be dead soon. Also I've killed so many Brits that apart from the few very annoying MGs and sheltered bunkers that are killing my men like flies the opposition is getting weaker.

But if there's somekind of "surprise" like an armored company to reinforce the Brits I'll be in trouble. But if not this doesn't look too bad.

Who parked the Tirpitz and Bismarck off shore, theres a lot of 150 mm stuff whizzing in. Duck and cover people

But on the other hand one more VL taken and next turn I should be able to take two more making it 10-11. Sheltered bunkers are being blown to pieces and HG troops massacred the Brits constantly losing 4x the men the Germans do. We'll see what happens...

TURN 19:
VLs: 10-11 in British advantage but will shortly be 12-9 to Germans. After that it's +/-4 for both I would say based on how the things have been developing.
Points: According to my calculations 1511-1285 for the Germans without VLs, with them even more soon.
Men: A very rough estimate of 410-550 in German advantage.

I'm pretty confident that my brave Wechmacht heroes will receive at least a draw from this one. But there has been a few nasty surprises, so I wont say anything for sure yet.

Nine turns remaining and at least 10 VLs still highly contested. This scenario is a classic!
