I was able to install all my CS games but I cannot fire from my units when using VISTA. Has anyone had same problem? If so, can you give me some recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I got this from the Vista Ready Games Forum regarding the Talonsoft CS games:
"Games install and load properly but Vista reads coding in PDX, OOB, and OBX files wrong and Corrupts hard target ranges for ALL units. Games are NOT playable until a workaround is found.
Matrix games is working on a re-release of the series, but they are waiting on Vista compatibility issues to be fixed."

you'll need the Matrix version in order to play on Vista and patching to version 1.02b will fix many issues while we (the MCS beta brigade) work on getting 1.03 out the door.

Does anyone know if TS and Matrix version can be played against each other?

Yes if the TS player can start the battle. There are new units in the Matrix version that don't work for TS owners.
