Two questions:
1) OK, today I downloaded the Matrix version.
Are all patches incorporated?

2) Why aren't the many fine EF Blitzkrieg project CD scenarios included in the Matrix version?

1) Check your version number. But, it is my understanding that all downloads are up to date versions, someone will correct me if I am wrong.
2) At the moment TheBlitz owns the project. Though, I understand it may be incorporated into the next patch.
