For these tournaments, what is the expected turn rate?

I dunno, I play about two turns a week and it seems to be fine. There are periods where either my opponent or me has been busy and it dropped to one turn in one of the weeks but anything less than that is probably too long for the tournament.

For my tourny's I like 2 turns a week more if possible because I usually pick medium sized scenarios around 20+ turns. I usually let scenarios run for 2 to three months. 9 to 12 months for a tournament is a long time to keep people interested in it.
As happened in the Anvil of Victory Tournament it being an elimination tourny one player had real life slow up his gameing time causing a 2 month laps in the tourny but the playing field was small so I let it go. If I had 20 people waiting for the next round I would of had to disqualify him. But in other tourny's I will ask the players to end the scenario and start the next one on the list.
