I haven't been here for a while. I take it that it's about time to give up waiting for the next round, though? Should I keep a bedside vigil, or should I sign the DNR and pull the plug on hope?

Fall is coming (in the Northern Hemisphere anyway), I would imagine the tournament will get underway again then.

Summer came and I went AWOL. Been wandering for the past two months and have hardly been on the computer.

But that is not intended as an excuse, just an explanation.

My sincere apologies guys. The older I get, the tougher it is to sit indoors during our short Alaskan summers.

If most of the Sweet (18) field is still interested, I can put together the next round this weekend (Sunday) and get it ready to start early next week. It would be single elimination, with subjective balancing for perceived skill levels like prior rounds.

Majog and KGrZel just missed the cut with 15pts each and XLVIII Pz. Korp was next in line with 14pts -- so we have some replacements if some of the guys above are no longer interested.

I would request that players listed above in the Sweet 18 please post to this thread and let me know if you are still interested or not. SFS Round 2 would be non-Matrix, so you would have to have a pre-Matrix CS version loaded in order to play.

I'll watch the response to see if guys are still interested -- and if so -- finally do my duty. Rolleyes
