I have no wish to fall out with you, but making your opponent wait this length of time to start your game, is to my mind wholly unacceptable, and adds nothing to the ideal of keeping momentum going within the tournament. Commenting that you think your opponent impatient when you have kept him waiting for the best part of two months is at best ridiculous, at worst just taking the p**s.
This whole position is especially irksome given that there were a whole bunch of players below you in the rankings that were very disappointed not to make it through to the next round, and would have valued the opportunity to continue in the tournament. Additionally, since November last year due to other commitments my time to run CM tournaments (and for gaming as a whole) has been severely curtailed, so having to waste my time on this kind of s**t just p**ses me off.
With immediate effect until I advise otherwise your game against Lord Bane is subject Tournament rule 11.
I give you fair warning that YOU WILL BE REPLACED unless I see you:
a) Complying (without fail) with the turn log requirements
b) Getting your Round 5 game going within 48 hours
c) Processing your files within 24/48 hours (unless prior warning of a variation to this has been given)
d) Reply on this forum thread within 48 hours to confirm that you have read the above points and agree to them.

I read your note above. My impatient comment was a joke. Sorry it didnt come across that way.
And I havent made my opponent wait two months. He has been kind of slow as well. I just sent him file #4, and he made me wait over two weeks to get file number #3, so I never figured he was in that much of a hurry.
Just sent you back Turn-004. The fact that I made you wait the last time was a fluke of timing. You should see a very rapid return from me now.....especially since everyone is waiting on us. BTW, I too completely missed your joke....
