Probably something to do with my set up but Im continually having to refresh the boards to get latest posts etc.

It just happens onthis board though... any idea whats happening. Fed up pressing F5 all the time.

Assuming you are using IE, right click the IE desktop icon, click properties, under browsing history click settings, check "every time I visit webpages"
