I'm getting an error trying to signup for Klanx171's Pacific Twilight Tournament. I click Next Step after selecting it, choose my name from the list, and click Sign-Up.

When I do I get an error in the gray box which says "error while sending email notification".

Does this mean I'm not signed up or that I just won't get an e-mail?
